We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Agency Recruiter to join our growing team in Metro West, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting top talent with leading companies. As an Agency Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring experiences across a variety of industries.
Responsibilities- Source, recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and direct hire opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through phone, video, email, and in-person interactions.
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting strategies and market insights.
- Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Proactively source passive candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Meet recruiting metrics, placement goals, and service level expectations while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.
- Stay informed on local hiring trends and labor market conditions throughout the Metro West area.
- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple searches and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience using an ATS, Linked In Recruiter, or other sourcing tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Competitive and driven with a passion for helping people find meaningful careers.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a high-energy office environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
