The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the Healthcare industry and has opening of Quality & Regulatory Affairs Project Manager in Marlborough, MA.
Position SummaryThis role leads and supports medium to large‑scale projects within the Quality and Regulatory Affairs function. The position is responsible for driving projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of expected results. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills to guide cross‑functional teams through complex and interrelated initiatives.
Additional DetailsContract Length: 10 Months with the possibility of extension
Pay range: $52 to $62/hour on W2 as per your experience
- Lead cross‑functional project teams through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Own project timelines, budgets, resource constraints, risks, and deliverables
- Drive resolution of issues, roadblocks, and constraints while acting as a change agent
- Apply project management tools and methodologies, including project charters, Gantt charts, and status reporting
- Manage stakeholder and sponsor communications, including regular updates and expectation management
- Perform root cause analysis on project shortfalls and implement corrective actions
- Lead programs consisting of multiple related projects and manage integrated milestones and deliverables
- Document business processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Required)
- 7‑10 years of experience leading large or complex projects with multiple work streams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Smartsheet
- Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead change
- Strong planning, organization, negotiation, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
