Software Developer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Architect, code, and maintain SQL Server databases with optimized data models, stored procedures, and indexing to ensure scalability, performance, and data integrity. Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that integrate with enterprise data sources to provide real-time business insights and analytics.

Translate functional and business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implement secure, maintainable, and well-documented software solutions. Develop and integrate automated workflows across SQL, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 applications to streamline data exchange and system interoperability. Implement data governance, access controls, and security policies in alignment with enterprise and regulatory compliance standards. Lead data migration, testing, deployment, and version upgrades for enterprise applications while minimizing business disruption.

Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in solution architecture, Power Platform development, and SQL optimization.

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Systems/Technology Management, or Computer/Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems/Application Analyst, Technical Lead or related position. Foreign education equivalent accepted.
