As a Senior OEM Technical Success Manager, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for n8n’s Embed and OEM customers - companies that integrate n8n directly into their own products and platforms.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and business strategy. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and technical leadership at partner organizations to ensure n8n is successfully embedded, scaled, and maintained inside their applications.

You will guide partners through architecture decisions, integration patterns, and implementation best practices, while also helping them optimize commercial models, licensing structures, and long‑term product strategy around their embedded use of n8n.

This role requires both technical depth and business acumen. You must be comfortable working directly with engineers on implementation details (APIs, backend hooks, workflows, infrastructure, and upgrades) while also advising leadership on ROI, licensing structures, and contract evolution as their product and business models scale.

In close collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Support, Product, and Sales, you will ensure partners can confidently build, operate, and grow their embedded n8n deployments while delivering measurable value to their end users.

• Own technical relationships with OEM / Embed partners; serve as the primary post‑sales technical partner for embed and strategic OEM customers, supporting them across onboarding, architecture design, product integration, scaling, and upgrades.
• Guide implementation and architecture decisions; advise partners on best practices for embedding n8n into their products, including:
• API integration patterns
• Backend hooks and event triggers
• Authentication and access management
• Workflow execution models
• Multi‑tenant architecture considerations
• System communication patterns between n8n and partner applications
• Work directly with engineering teams; collaborate directly with partner engineers to solve implementation challenges, debug integration issues, and ensure production‑ready deployments. You will regularly engage in conversations around:
• APIs and webhooks
• JavaScript and Type Script workflow development
• Infrastructure and scaling decisions
• Upgrade strategies and version management
• System architecture tradeoffs
• Advise on product integration strategy; help partners determine how n8n should be exposed inside their product, including:
• Embedding approaches
• User experience considerations
• Automation capabilities exposed to end users
• Security and governance implications
