Senior Consultant, Analytics

Role Overview

Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Analytics organization, focusing on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions to life‑science clients.

• Lead client engagements and delivery of analytics projects as part of the Analytics Strategy team.
• Design, implement, and maintain AI/ML–based analytics solutions, including forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement and data science.
• Develop customized solutions that address commercial pharma/biotech needs and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor and train junior staff, collaborate cross‑functionally, and support internal development of innovative capabilities.
• Create client proposals and presentations, manage multiple concurrent work streams, and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in recruiting, training and mentorship activities for junior staff.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting or related fields.
• Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics or technology‑enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs and life‑science real‑world data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple work streams and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Base salary starting at $140,000 with an annual discretionary performance bonus.
