The Role

We’re looking for an Onsite I.T. Technician who’s reliable, personable, and thrives in a hands‑on role. You’ll be working directly with our clients at their offices to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve their technology systems. Whether you're setting up new equipment or diving into complex issues, you’ll be backed by a remote team and have the tools and support to do great work.

What

You’ll Do
  • Visit client locations to resolve I.T. issues quickly and professionally
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
  • Perform proactive maintenance and follow best‑practice checklists
  • Communicate with clients clearly, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Collaborate with our remote support team for escalated issues
  • Document work and update tickets in our system
  • Assist with project‑based work like network refreshes or Microsoft 365 migrations
What You Bring
  • 3–7 years of experience in I.T. support (bonus if you’ve worked with multiple clients)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Great communication and customer‑service skills
  • The ability to stay organized and manage time independently
  • Valid driver’s license — company car provided for daily travel
Bonus Points For
  • Microsoft, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications (or pursuing them)
  • Experience with RMM tools, ticketing systems, or documentation platforms
