Job Description
Purpose
Acts as the primary technical developer and owner of internal automated solutions and applications. This role operates independently and cross-functionally to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical implementations using the Microsoft Power Platform, and deliver internal tools that solve business problems and optimize workflows. The Business Data Analyst serves as the autonomous owner of these applications, responsible for their end-to-end lifecycle, including continuous maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing dedicated support and training to internal end-users.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain new and existing internal business systems and applications built on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
+ Integrate Power Platform applications with external systems and data sources, including SQL databases and APIs, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
+ Operate independently to gather and translate data from user discussions into technical business requirements. Identify business/system needs and recommend automated workflows or app-based solutions.
+ Serve as the autonomous product owner for developed applications, managing the application lifecycle and providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training directly to end-users (platform-level governance is managed by central IT).
+ Partner cross-functionally with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the business to analyze complex work procedures and present concepts to simplify and automate those procedures.
+ Assist with testing strategies and develop preliminary findings to ensure the reliability and accuracy of system deployments.
+ Work effectively with the team/group to accomplish organizational goals. Actively participate in client or team meetings by offering technical solutions and project leadership.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical equivalency
+ 3-5 years of specialty pharmacy experience
+ Experience developing and generating reports to maximize efficiency
+
Experience with continuous improvement preferred
+ Project Management experience a plus

+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this roleat the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future.

+ This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
