6AM City, LLC is seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst for an onsite, 12 month contract with annual renewal. You will support end-users via phone and Beyond Trust remote tools, resolve login issues, manage mailboxes, and assist with VPN access.
Strong knowledge of AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 is essential, along with customer-focused troubleshooting. Responsibilities include ticketing in Service Now, password resets, user provisioning, and device support.
