Reporting to the Director of Bullhorn Consulting Services, the Strategic Consultant will hold a key position within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. The role involves working directly with North American customers to optimize their workflow and usage of Bullhorn Automation, Onboarding, VMS, etc. A typical day includes leading and owning the new customer system setup process to ensure a great implementation experience, collaborating with Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations, partnering with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services teams on project deliverables, designing and executing user acceptance testing throughout an implementation, providing guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self‑service configurations, and reporting regular progress to the project team regarding status, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead and own the new customer system setup process to ensure a great experience implementing our products
- Work alongside Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations
- Collaborate with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables
- Design and execute user acceptance testing throughout an implementation
- Provide guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products; train client users on onboarding self‑service configurations
- Report regular progress to the project team regarding status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives
- 1–2 years of managing SaaS client implementations
- Success working in a fast‑paced environment
- Ownership of your work and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) and the ability to explain technical subjects to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Previous consulting experience
- Experience in the staffing industry, focusing on recruiting solutions
- Knowledge of Bullhorn’s suite of products
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent prior work experience
- Annual base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000
