We are seeking an IT Manager to provide administrative and technical oversight of core technology operations while helping senior IT leadership remain focused on strategically aligning technology with the needs of the organization.
This role oversees service coordination, procurement, vendor relationships, asset and license controls, applications, and team performance.

What You Will Do:
- Coordinate IT activities for New Employee Orientation and collaborate with Human Resources to ensure employees receive timely technology support.
- Manage IT appointment scheduling and monitor service volume, walk‑ins, missed appointments, and related operational trends.
- Triage new technology requests, clarify business needs, and coordinate appropriate next steps.
- Receive and follow up on employee concerns involving Managed Service Provider performance and provide daily operational guidance to on‑site MSP staff.
- Manage procurement for IT hardware, software, and services, including purchase orders, invoices, supplier coordination, and reconciliation with Fiscal.
- Oversee mobile‑device ordering, secure flash‑drive management, equipment purchasing, and the tracking of hardware and software‑license inventories.
- Manage technology vendors, including ISP service changes, vendor agreements, review cycles, and technology‑related Business Associate Agreements.
- Oversee equipment recycling and maintain accurate records and certificates of destruction.
- Manage assigned applications, operational reporting, and Microsoft license issuance, including Visio and Microsoft 365.
- Manage statements of work by tracking vendor requests, recording status, and reconciling completed work with invoices.
- Partner with the MSP to track root‑cause analyses and follow‑through for system issues.
- Maintain the structure and content of IT Teams channels, One Drive resources, the service‑desk knowledge base, department access devices, and the password vault.
- Develop technology‑related content for BHN’s monthly employee newsletter and other internal communications.
- Supervise assigned staff by reviewing workloads, addressing performance issues, recognizing contributions, and supporting cooperation, stability, and effective conflict resolution.
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- At least two years of IT management experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
