The Epic Client System Administrator supports, configures, and maintains Epic Client   Systems to ensure reliable access to Epic applications across clinical and operational   environments.
** I. Major Responsibilities
*** Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace, Interconnect, EPS, Web BLOB, MyChart, Care Link, Rover, Haiku.
* Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.
* Troubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
* Participate in cloud migration tasks including endpoint updates, IRIS reinstall support, Kuiper and System Pulse operations.
* Collaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.

Education:

* Required:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Epic certifications:
Hyperspace Deployment, Web/Service Servers (Hyperspace Web, MyChart, Interconnect, Web BLOB, BCA, EPS).
** Experience/

Skills:

* Required:

* 2+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
* Technical expertise in Windows Server, Epic client distribution tools, and web/service servers.
* Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.
* Ability to document procedures, configurations, and operational playbooks.
* Adaptability in fast‐paced healthcare and cloud‐migration environments.
* Advanced troubleshooting skills for Epic client systems and Windows Server environments.
* Proficiency with scripting (Power Shell) for automation and system management.
* Strong understanding of Azure, virtual infrastructure, and cloud‐hosted workflows.
* Ability to manage client distribution tools and web/service server architecture.
* Experience supporting clinical and operational teams in a healthcare environment.
* Strong documentation skills for technical procedures and operational workflows.
* Ability to work in fast‐paced, rapidly evolving technical environments.

* Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification

Preferred:
