Pro Pivotal is seeking an on-site Help Desk Support to provide hands-on IT assistance for faculty, staff, and students. The role offers a steady schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $28/hour.
You will handle sign-in issues, basic account tasks, and hardware/software troubleshooting in a busy campus environment. You will deliver desktop support, imaging laptops for new hires, and walk-up assistance while collaborating with a friendly IT team.
