Pro Pivotal is seeking an on-site Help Desk Technician in Worcester, MA to deliver hands-on IT support for faculty, staff, and students. You’ll handle sign-in and connectivity issues, assist with classroom/AV calls, and deploy laptops for new users during a busy academic year.
We value proactive, team-oriented contributors who communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service while working 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday on site in Worcester.
