What You'll Do- What You'll DoServe as the subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting and Reporting
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality to support business objectives
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics that drive informed decision-making
- Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing efforts, and process improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on resolutions
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on best practices and system capabilities
- Strong experience supporting Workday Recruiting and Reporting
- 7+ years of experience with enterprise applications, HRIS, ERP, or related platforms
- Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Workday certification preferred #INDTPG
