Information Technology Support Specialist

Matura Farrington is partnering with a national law firm seeking a IT Technology Support Support Specialist to assist their Boston office. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on technical support and working directly with end users in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Provide deskside technical helpdesk support to attorneys and staff.
• Assist with office equipment setup, relocation, and workstation installations.
• Test and troubleshoot hardware, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Image and deploy laptops and other devices.
• Support hybrid meetings by assisting with A/V setup and troubleshooting.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets for the Boston office.
• Ensure all workstations and equipment are fully operational before and after the office move.

• Previous experience providing technical support, helpdesk information technology support.
• Experience imaging and deploying laptops.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a professional services environment such as a law firm, accounting firm, or financial services organization is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with monitor configurations and daisy-chaining is a plus (training will be provided if needed).
