IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Cloud Computing: Infrastructure & Operations

We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead large-scale IT Infrastructure, Hosting, Cloud, and Managed Services engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience, a proven track record in driving transformation initiatives, and expertise in service excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do InThe Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and managed services engagements while ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Act as the primary interface for client stakeholders and drive customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Manage data center hosting operations, infrastructure services, and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives focused on modernization, operational efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
- Drive Continuous Innovation and Improvement (CII) programs using operational metrics, root cause analysis, and best practices.
- Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage service governance, risks, escalation management, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Strong experience in Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
- Proven experience managing Data Center Hosting and Infrastructure Operations.
- Hands-on experience with IT Asset Management and lifecycle governance.
- Demonstrated success delivering Transformation and Modernization Programs.
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence.
- Experience driving Automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Working knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications include Project Management
Annual compensation between $140,000-$155,000 is being offered for this role.
