JCW is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialty property and casualty insurance organization for an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their team on a temporary contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims in Massachusetts. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in claims handling, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage claims through investigation, litigation, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of complex Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims.
- Conduct timely and thorough investigations and evaluate all relevant information to determine coverage and exposure.
- Review claim forms, policy documentation, endorsements, and other supporting materials.
- Minimum of 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience
, including the handling of indemnity claims with varying levels of complexity. - Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster licensing as required.
