Job Opportunity
Location: Worcester, MA (Fully In-Office)
Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 base salary (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (minimal overtime)
Work Arrangement: Fully in office (WFH flexibility for illness, appointments, etc.)
We are a well‑established, mid‑sized defense litigation law firm with offices throughout New England and New York. With more than 30 years of experience, the firm is known for providing efficient, effective, and economical representation across a wide range of civil litigation and insurance coverage matters. Our attorneys leverage strong trial experience and advanced technology to handle disputes of all sizes while avoiding unnecessary expense for clients.
Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day litigation support to attorneys
- Prepare and proofread legal documents with a high level of accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Maintain organization of files and case materials
- Learn and utilize firm applications, systems, and procedures
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal requests
- Approach tasks with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in a law firm setting (candidates slightly under 1 year will be considered)
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable team player
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
