Key Responsibilities Be part of an in-house legal team, supporting the CLO and DGC in advancing company priorities Develop major parts of the legal function focusing on M&A, project and debt financing, and transactions Review, draft, and advise on complex transactions, while providing legal and business advice to internal clients
Required Qualifications 8-12 years of experience, including 4 years at a top law firm as a corporate associate Solid experience as the primary attorney on transactions from diligence to close J.D. from a top law school and active admission to a state bar Interest in working in a global company and learning foreign legal systems Ability and desire to travel periodically (approximately once per quarter)
