Required Qualifications , Training, and Education A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science or Engineering A law degree with registration with the USPTO and Bar membership in good standing 7+ years of patent law experience, with at least 3 years in-house Strong business acumen and ability to connect legal strategies to business goals Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a global organization
