A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (Employment Law) to provide legal support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal advice on multifamily and hospitality, real estate law, and corporate law Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for rental operations and engage with cross-functional departments Draft and review contract documents, manage due diligence budgets, and supervise outside counsel
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and a JD from accredited universities Licensed to practice law in at least one state 3+ years of related experience, preferably in multifamily Experience coordinating and overseeing outside counsel Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
