Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense matters Proficiency in insurance law and regulatory frameworks
Experience with witness preparation, depositions, and discovery procedures Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims handling processes, and legal risk assessment
