A company is looking for a Foreclosure Attorney to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities Appear in court to argue motions, handle oral arguments, and participate in mediations related to foreclosure and default services matters Maintain communication with clients, investors, and adversaries to ensure timely progress of foreclosure cases Oversee and mentor support staff while drafting and managing complex motions and legal documents
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience handling foreclosure matters in New York State Must be admitted to practice in New York (EDNY and SDNY is a plus) Superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines Leadership qualities to manage and guide support staff A proactive, independent worker eager to learn and grow within the firm
