We are seeking a Director of Distribution Center to oversee all distribution operations, ensuring efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, and on‑time fulfillment to retail locations and direct‑to‑consumer customers. This role will lead large teams, drive performance, and implement process improvements to support growth and operational excellence.

• Oversee all day‑to‑day distribution center operations including inbound, outbound, and fulfillment
• Lead and manage teams including supervisors, associates, and leadership staff across multiple shifts
• Drive productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency across the facility
• Develop staffing plans, labor forecasts, and headcount strategies to meet business demands
• Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process controls
• Manage budgets, expenses, and cost‑saving initiatives across operations
• Implement and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Optimize use of supply chain systems including WMS, ERP, and TMS
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture
• Lead training, development, and succession planning for team members
• Partner with HR to recruit, hire, and develop leadership talent
• Support new store openings and evolving business needs through operational strategies
• Maintain strong communication with cross‑functional teams and leadership

• 5‑7+ years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing large teams and multi‑department operations
• Experience in high‑volume distribution centers (150+ employees preferred)
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, and supply chain systems
• Experience with direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) fulfillment and retail distribution
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
