Location Details:
Boston Hybrid 3 days a week Key Responsibilities
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting.
- Experience performing spend analysis, financial modeling, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, and planning processes.
- Experience with ERP systems, reporting platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in supply chain analytics, planning, logistics, materials management, manufacturing operations, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience, depending on scope and level.
- Experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, planning, logistics, finance, or business intelligence preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics operations in a regulated environment is a plus.
- Experience developing executive‑level reporting and performance management processes is preferred.
