Changeover Laborer

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Assist as needed/required to clear snow & ice from around the facility & the outdoor skating rink if/when needed (ability to safely & effectively use snow blowers when doing these tasks)

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE Previous experience with similar functions desirable

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to use hand and small power tools when required both safely and effectively

Ability to listen and follow both verbal and written instructions Ability to read and understand room set-up floor plans to complete tasks effectively Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends, mid-shifts, early mornings and holidays, as needed

To perform this job successfully, this position requires lifting at least 65 lbs. without assistance. This position also includes walking and standing for most of the assigned shifts, bending and stooping at times is required. These tasks may be performed in adverse conditions at times (loud noise, dust, inclement weather and movement of vehicles).The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
