The role requires journeyman-level expertise in carpentry, painting, plumbing, plastering or related trades and operates on the second shift (Mon–Fri, 3:00pm–11:00pm) to maintain municipal buildings.
You will perform preventive maintenance, janitorial tasks, grounds care, respond to emergencies, supervise custodial staff, and coordinate with contractors.
