* POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

* SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Directly supervises employees in the Engineering Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources and addressing complaints and resolving problems.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

** EDUCATION AND /OR

EXPERIENCE:

** Experience with computers and BMS/various automated systems

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of a large building, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing

* SKILLS AND ABILITIES

** Excellent organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management

Ability to effectively supervise staff

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work irregular/extended hours including nights and weekends
** COMPENSATION

Yearly Salary Range: $87,000 - $100,000
