Our client, a forward-thinking New England based community bank, is seeking aSenior Vice President & Director of Treasury Services. This role provides strategic leadership for the Bank’s treasury management division—driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The Director will lead the development and execution of strategies that expand client relationships and optimize the delivery of business deposit, liquidity, and payment offerings. This position oversees treasury sales and operational functions, ensuring cohesive execution and seamless client experience. The role also identifies emerging trends and advances innovation in digital payments and treasury solutions, while maintaining alignment with business objectives, risk frameworks, and regulatory standards.
- Extensive knowledge of treasury management & payments
- Skilled in promoting revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading both sales and operations to deliver innovative, high-performing treasury solutions.
- Exceptional strategic acumen and operational insight, with expertise in risk, compliance, and digital advancement within treasury and payments.
- 10+ years of Treasury Management experience, at least 5 in a leadership role
- CTP and AAP preferred
