Job Description Summary

Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a multi‑million dollar rental center business unit. Key areas include Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, along with financial and performance goal achievement.

• Lead all aspects of the rental center’s business operations.
• Build and manage a high‑performance team.
• Oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics functions.
• Achieve financial and performance goals and manage the unit’s reporting functions.

• Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience, or 3–4 years of rental industry experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all business aspects.

Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
