Job Description Summary
Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a multi‑million dollar rental center business unit. Key areas include Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, along with financial and performance goal achievement.
Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of the rental center’s business operations.
- Build and manage a high‑performance team.
- Oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics functions.
- Achieve financial and performance goals and manage the unit’s reporting functions.
- Business Management degree with at least one year of rental industry experience, or 3–4 years of rental industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Understanding of P&L and key financial controls.
- Experience in outside sales or negotiation.
- Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful.
- High level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all business aspects.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
