Overview

This role leads end‑to‑end retail development for VF brands, combining program and project leadership with on‑site construction oversight.

• Lead planning and execution of simultaneous retail design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies.
• Develop and manage project tools such as schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource forecasts to track progress and deliverables.
• Partner cross‑functionally and manage internal and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, architects, brand teams) to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Drive cost efficiencies through value engineering, competitive bidding, and continuous improvement of processes and operational tools.
• Drive design development for longer‑lead projects such as flagship locations.
• Lead high‑level internal and external communications throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing multiple concurrent retail or commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and make independent decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Adobe Suite, and CPM tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Multivista.
• Experience with architectural and construction drawings, materials, and processes.

This position is fully remote and requires approximately 50% travel, sometimes on short notice. Working extended hours may be necessary, and the candidate must be able to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.

Salary range: $84,000.00 to $ annually. The role is eligible for incentive compensation, which may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission. Benefits are available through MyVFBenefits, and details will be provided during the hiring process.
