DUAL SITE APARTMENT COMMUNITY MANAGER Pay: From $70,000.00 per year - based on experience

Job description:

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee operations at two apartment communities totaling approximately 280 units. This individual will be responsible for the overall performance of the properties, including leasing, resident relations, financial management, maintenance oversight, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven background in multifamily property management, revenue performance, and resident retention.

• Oversee daily operations of both communities
• Lead and support onsite staff while managing vendor relationships
• Drive occupancy through effective leasing and resident retention strategies
• Manage rent collections and delinquency processes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and property performance metrics
• Monitor revenue management and maximize asset performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resident satisfaction
• Coordinate maintenance operations and capital improvement projects
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards

• Previous multifamily property management experience required
• Experience managing communities of approximately 280 units or larger preferred
• Strong leasing, marketing, and resident retention background
• Proven experience with budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting
• Ability to analyze financial statements and operational performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience supervising onsite teams and third-party vendors
• Proficiency with property management software;
