Director, Transformation Management Office (TMO)
Job OverviewDrive large-scale transformation initiatives that align with Solventum's strategic objectives. Lead end-to-end projects such as organizational transformation, enterprise financial modernization, and process improvement initiatives. Report to the Vice President, Transformation Management Office and interact regularly with executive leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to define program strategy, roadmap, and manage execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to secure alignment and buy‑in.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track progress and success; manage tooling and reporting mechanisms.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation projects.
- Act as a key voice for change, engaging and aligning teams around transformation goals and performance metrics.
- Drive overall cross-functional project management, including project plans, deliverables, owners, due dates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Escalations).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in transformation management with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Prior experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm, preferably with healthcare/Med Tech experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority in a matrix organization.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of agile/lean process principles.
- Collaborative approach, results-oriented, adept at driving completion of tasks.
- Adaptability and ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting global, enterprise-wide transformations preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H1B).
Remote – United States. Travel may include up to 25% domestic or international.
Compensation & BenefitsThe expected compensation range is $211,600 - $290,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
