Client Consulting Transformation Director

As a CBRE Client Consulting Transformation Director, you will support client accounts for targeted engagements (typically 3–4 months) to diagnose operational, organizational, and process-related challenges across Occupancy Planning, Space Data Management, and CAD Drawing Management services. This role acts as a hands-on change agent, assessing current-state operations, identifying root causes, and delivering an actionable transformation roadmap to stabilize and optimize account performance.

This includes assessing delivery models, identifying risks, and designing programs that enable effective and scalable Occupancy Planning service delivery.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Lead and influence matrixed teams during diagnostic and transformation engagements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving accountability.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems
  • Leadership skills to set, manage, and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the Client Consulting Transformation Director position is $135,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $155,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
