We are seeking a Regional Clinical Director (RN) to serve as a key clinical leader across our Senior Services portfolio—someone who brings both clinical credibility and strategic vision to elevate care, strengthen teams, and drive measurable outcomes across multiple skilled nursing centers.

In this role, you will:- Translate clinical data into meaningful, system‑wide improvement
- Drive consistency and accountability across multiple sites
- Strengthen and mentor the next generation of clinical leaders
- Ensure every resident experiences safe, dignified, high‑quality care
Your leadership will directly shape outcomes, experience, and the future of care across our region.
What You’ll Lead Clinical Excellence Across the Region- Standardize and elevate clinical practice across all centers
- Drive CMS Quality Measures, Five‑Star performance, and survey readiness
- Lead regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and recovery efforts
- Leverage PCC, CASPER, and Point Right to guide decision‑making
- Identify trends and lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Proactively address risk before it impacts outcomes
- Coach, mentor, and develop Directors of Nursing (DNS)
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and leadership alignment
- Provide stability and guidance during transitions
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership
- Align clinical performance with financial and strategic goals
- Lead through influence, clarity, and accountability
- Active RN License (MA & CT or eligibility required)
- 5+ years of nursing leadership within Skilled Nursing
- 3+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing (DNS)
- Multi‑site or regional clinical leadership experience (preferred)
- Deep expertise in CMS regulations, survey processes, and compliance
- Proven ability to improve clinical outcomes and stabilize teams
