Operations Manager, Area Manager
A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple dental office locations. This role is responsible for leading and supporting office managers, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent patient experience across sites. The ideal candidate brings strong multi‑site leadership experience, financial acumen, and a background in healthcare or dental environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop office managers across multiple locations to achieve operational and financial goals
- Oversee day‑to‑day performance of assigned offices, ensuring consistency in processes, patient care standards, and team engagement
- Maintain full accountability for regional financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability (P&L ownership)
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Partner with leadership to execute business initiatives, growth strategies, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and company standards across locations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of office leadership and key staff
- Conduct regular on‑site visits (3–4 days per week) to provide hands‑on leadership and operational support
- Proven experience managing multiple locations in a healthcare, dental, or similarly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance metrics
- Demonstrated success leading and developing managers and frontline teams
- Ability to travel locally 3–4 days per week (no overnight travel required)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Background in dental practice management or dental service organizations (DSOs)
- Experience scaling operations across multiple sites
- Familiarity with patient‑centered care models and service excellence initiatives
