Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead enterprise solution development and implementation using the Adobe Experience Cloud, partnering with customers to understand priorities, lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, and ensure successful outcomes. The role owns delivery, acceptance, and governance across multiple customer engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points with Adobe License and Services Sales teams.
  • Demonstrate executive presence and influence client managers, directors, VPs, and CXOs.
  • Oversee delivery process, manage scope changes, prepare change requests, and act as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate customer requirements in the context of the statement of work and evangelize Adobe’s capabilities to build long‑term value.
  • Apply creative problem‑solving skills to articulate high‑level technical strategies for business obstacles.
  • Leverage internal Adobe relationships to solve complex customer problems, working with product teams to enhance solutions.
  • Govern all foundational activities from inception to closure, ensuring robust governance, communication, and organizational change.
  • Lead regular communication with internal and external teams, aligning execution to customer expectations and value drivers.
  • Deliver on key business objectives and metrics, achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Collate customer requests, deployment issues, and feedback into core product channels.
  • Support work tracks involving third‑party subcontractors and technology partners.
  • Capture lessons learned in post‑mortems and share insights with the broader Adobe Consulting Practice.
  • Coordinate issue resolution across Adobe commercial, support, and product organizations.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
  • Lead issue management across Adobe teams including sales, services, and product.
  • Partner with Sales to strategize new consulting opportunities or grow defined accounts.
  • Elevate and mentor the team through effective leadership.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of client‑facing Project Management experience, leading complex technical implementations with a services budget of at least $500k.
  • Direct experience with Adobe’s marketing stack (Experience Manager, Experience Cloud, Marketo, Analytics, Target, Commerce, Workfront, Customer Data Platform, Journey Optimizer).
  • Ability to understand technical change impacts and articulate high‑level technical solutions.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and quick issue resolution.
  • Innovative thinker, collaborative partner, well‑organized, detail oriented with strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Professional demeanor, ability to lead diverse teams, and communicate with account managers, directors, and VP level stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication; effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of custom software development processes; practical experience managing agile development projects is a plus.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity with diverse partners.
  • Capability to build relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation

U.S. pay range for this position: $95,100 – $171,100 annually. Pay varies by geographic location and may depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
