Sr Project Manager - Medical device

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to highly complex projects within a regulated medical device environment. This role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The individual will work cross-functionally to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

• Lead large-scale or multiple concurrent projects of medium to high complexity across cross-functional teams
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Drive execution by coordinating teams across departments, locations, and potentially global sites
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal processes
• Optimize project execution by improving efficiency, processes, and resource utilization
• Foster collaboration and alignment across functional and organizational boundaries

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management or related discipline
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and performance metrics
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
