Waterfront Director
Camp Kimama Halfmoon in the Berkshires, USA (between Boston and New York) is looking for a Waterfront Director.
Responsibilities- Ongoing management and maintenance of the water complex, including the lake and pool.
- Full responsibility for safety and compliance with the strict regulations of the camp and health authorities.
- Managing, training, and leading a team of approximately 8 lifeguards.
- Ensuring and operating a variety of water activities for campers.
- Age 25 and over.
- Proven team management abilities.
- Knowledge and experience in the maintenance of water facilities (pool/lake).
- Extremely high safety awareness.
- Prior experience working in summer camps – an advantage.
