Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed district total sales and profitability goals
- Ensure commercial customer retention & relationship growth in the market
- Selection, hiring, development, goal setting, performance management, coaching of General Managers
- Conduct regular store visits and provide action plans to achieve full market potential
- Communicate effectively and appropriately to stores and support staff
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 General Managers
- Proven track record in meeting sales and gross margin targets in a multi-unit environment
- High school diploma or GED;
Bachelor's degree in business preferred - Must have a valid driver's license
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
