Pay: $50,000-$55,000 Annually

- Assist in managing daily program operations to ensure high-quality, client-centered services
. - Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for all clients.
- Ensure delivery of short-term, long-term, and emergency services aligned with best practices.
- Monitor and support the overall quality of clinical care
.
- Support hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, interns, and volunteers
. - Foster a positive, engaged team environment aligned with the organization’s mission and values
. - Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and program coverage.
- Act as a liaison between the program and external agencies, community partners, and stakeholders
. - Participate in the Quality Management Team to strengthen internal and external collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards
. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and program data required by funding sources.
- Assist in monitoring program budgets, census, and expenses
. - Oversee the safety and maintenance of program facilities and resources.
- Strong leadership potential with the ability to support and motivate teams
- Knowledge of behavioral health services for children and adolescents
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance clinical priorities with administrative responsibilities
- Commitment to quality care, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree required (Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in behavioral health or human services
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or
D)
