Reporting directly to the Building Manager, you will lead pick, pack, ship, and returns with a high-performing supervisory team to ensure on-time delivery.
The role requires 5+ years of leadership in outbound operations, hands-on WMS experience, and a proven track record managing 30+ associates across shifts.
