Assistant Program Director I

Pay: $50,000-$55,000 Annually

Schedule:

Sunday Through Thursday 2PM-10PM

In this role, you'll help lead a dedicated team providing essential services to children, adolescents, and their families, ensuring high-quality care, strong staff engagement, and compliance with regulatory standards. Program & Clinical Oversight
  • Assist in managing daily program operations to ensure high-quality, client-centered services.
  • Oversee intake, assessment, and treatment services for all clients.
  • Ensure delivery of short-term, long-term, and emergency services aligned with best practices.
  • Monitor and support the overall quality of clinical care.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Support hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, interns, and volunteers.
  • Foster a positive, engaged team environment aligned with the organization's mission and values.
  • Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and program coverage.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
  • Act as a liaison between the program and external agencies, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in the Quality Management Team to strengthen internal and external collaboration.
Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and program data required by funding sources.
  • Assist in monitoring program budgets, census, and expenses.
  • Oversee the safety and maintenance of program facilities and resources.
