The Senior Manager, Product Design, will lead a team of product designers responsible for creating AI-enabled, user-centric design experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization technology products. This role combines people leadership, human-centered design practices, design strategy, and AI innovation to deliver scalable solutions that optimize workflows, improve customer experiences, and drive business outcomes.
As the Senior Manager, Product Design, this individual will build and champion an AI-led design vision while owning end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery to launch
