Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift/
Utility Operators to support warehouse and production operations across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a fast-paced role that includes operating forklifts, replenishing materials, and ensuring continuous flow of production supplies. Forklift certification and previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently
  • Replenish raw materials and packaging supplies to production areas
  • Transport finished goods and pallets to appropriate storage locations
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movement
  • Perform stock rotation and follow FIFO procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse and housekeeping duties as needed
  • Perform pre- and post-operation forklift inspections
  • Support other departments as directed by supervisor or team lead
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Compensation

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

2nd and 3rd Shift: $22.00 $ 23.00/hr

1st Shift pay based on experience (please inquire)

Qualifications
  • Prior experience operating a forklift required; certification preferred
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks
  • Basic math and inventory tracking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and willingness to take direction
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
