Arcadis is seeking a skilled POMS MES Recipe Developer to join our team in Worcester. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in POMS Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining MES recipes to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Design, develop, and implement POMS MES recipes to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system efficiency.

• Proven experience with POMS MES in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with other MES platforms and integration with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other relevant industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  
  Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required.
