Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Worcester, MA. This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential based on performance and attendance.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient production, ensuring product quality, and supporting a safe and organized manufacturing environment.

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Monday through Friday

Note:
Reliable transportation is required, as public transportation is not available at the end of the shift.

• Machine Operation:
  Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient and consistent production output.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep machines running properly.
• Material Handling:
  Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Safety & Organization:
  Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Documentation:
  Accurately complete production and quality records.

• Experience:
  
  Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Work Ethic:
  Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Technical Ability:
  Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
