Kiln Preparation:
Plan and build car configurations, stacking products in specific patterns on racks and platforms for tunnel or periodic kilns;
Technical Assembly:
Utilize manufacturing instructions to apply deck batts, blocks, clamps, and fillers to secure products for the firing process;
Production Scheduling:
Select products based on specific burn types and dates to align with the firing schedule;
Product Extraction:
Draw finished products from kilns manually or by utilizing hoists and truck cars;
Quality Inspection:
Move products to stripping areas and perform thorough visual inspections for defects
