Manufacturing Supervisor I (Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00am - 4:30pm)

• Safety: Create an environment where safety is the number one priority, drive safety improvements, and conduct safety gembas routinely. Be present on the floor promoting a culture of zero safety incidents in compliance with all EHS requirements.
• People: Deploy team members daily, delegate tasks to meet the production schedule, ensure proper training, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews, manage time and attendance, and communicate important information effectively.
• Operational: Coordinate shift activities to meet production targets and ensure smooth handover to the next manager, maintaining safety and planning of departmental activities.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory agencies, perform material checks, line clearance checks, and spot checks, and address any compliance issues that could impact lot completion.
• Performance: Manage complete cycle time and seek continuous improvements, including change‑over time optimization.
• Development: Develop direct reports through appropriate training and progressively challenging tasks, maintain development plans, and pursue personal growth and a growth mindset.
• Operation Excellence (OpEx): Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Waste Management: Generate and manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste in accordance with internal procedures and local/federal regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in sciences or engineering strongly preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum two years of manufacturing or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as SAP.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs; familiarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment and good writing skills.
• Experience in an aseptic production environment desirable, if applicable.

Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $142,500 per year, commensurate with experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees. Short-term incentive programs may also apply at the company’s discretion.
