We are seeking an experienced Shipper / Receiver to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory operations in a manufacturing environment. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3 6 months and will help support increased workload.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and shipping documents.
• Package, repackage, label, and prepare raw materials and finished goods for domestic and international shipment.
• Load, unload, move, store, and retrieve materials using forklifts and related warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Process shipping and receiving transactions in computerized inventory systems.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and export-related paperwork.
• Operate packaging equipment such as shrink wrap, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping systems.
• Support inventory control for raw materials, purchased materials, finished goods, and manufacturing supplies.
• Identify shipment discrepancies, damages, or paperwork issues and escalate as needed.
• Follow warehouse, safety, hazardous handling, and PPE requirements.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required; fork truck operating license preferred or required.
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems, shipping systems, or warehouse documentation preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify materials against documentation.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment, dust, fumes, and moderate noise.
